Euro-Chill International is a renowned designer and manufacturer of professional and commercial refrigeration solutions, drawing from more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Surprisingly, they never had a website. That’s because their focus was on designing and manufacturing, with total reliance on well-established distributors to carry their brand into the market. In 2018, we were engaged to design their website to highlight their latest innovation, the Prime Series Display Chillers.

For any web and app project, For a web/app project, premeditative works consume a significant portion of the project schedule before any actual programming & design work commences. Laying the foundations right mitigates errors, bugs and most importantly, on-time delivery.
Once we are briefed by the client, we set out to prepare and present for approval the Information Architecture, Functional Specs & Requirement, Layout/Wireframe and Design Concept.

Functionality
Specific requirement by the client includes a compare product function and brochure download for every product.
The client also required the website to include a CMS function for in-house editing of content.

Design Concept
The final design is clean, minimalist and stylish. The home page features a range of border-less, unframed advertisements that fully utilizes the screen estate, placing emphasis on imagery, not text.
The products are presented clearly by categories with thin, elegant typeface and minimalist colour tones – a design that’s easy on the eyes.

Responsive Design
The website and it’s content are designed to be responsive; a key requirement by the client.
Mobile-friendly sites are imperative for stats have reported that an average of 80% visits to a website today are from mobile devices.
