Three design concepts in different colour theme was presented, with the first concept (Grey) drawing inspiration from the interior design of the restaurant. The menu was designed in “Zen” style, projecting a Japanese identity with minimalism. So a simple way would be to throw in a pair of chopsticks.

Otoko Ramen sees both Japanese and local patrons and thus requested that the menu includes Japanese content.
The design is also required to double-up as a flyer and so we added in the Otoko Ramen brand story and an interesting segment； 3-steps to enjoy the true taste of Japan for customers to read while waiting for the food.
The final menu design with images of food and category headers.
Add-on menu for periodic set meals and beverages.
